At Cracker Bazaar, we aim to make your shopping experience convenient and transparent. This Cancellation Policy explains how to request an order cancellation and when cancellation is possible. Please review it before placing your order.
1. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before it is handed over to our delivery partner (Porter). To cancel, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Payment
Cracker Bazaar does not collect payment when you place an order. Payment is collected only when your order is about to be shipped. Because no payment is taken in advance, no refunds apply for cancelled orders.
3. Orders that cannot be fulfilled
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, or if we cannot fulfil your order for any other reason, our team will contact you to discuss the available options, including replacement products. Since payment is collected only at the time of shipping, you will not be charged for an order we are unable to fulfil.
4. Returns and exchanges
Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Because of this, you may request photographs of the products when we contact you about replacing unavailable products, or before your order is shipped.
5. Damaged, incorrect or missing products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order details and photographs, where available. Our team will review the issue and get back to you.
6. How to request a cancellation
Contact our official customer support channel and provide:
- Your name and order ID
- Your registered mobile number
- The reason for cancellation
You may also inform our team when they contact you to confirm your order, before packing begins.
7. Changes to this policy
Cracker Bazaar may update this policy when required. Any revised policy will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.
